Andrew
Director
Providing the vision, direction and ideas that keep The Force Group moving forward has been Andrew’s preserve for over 25 years.
With a background in sales of industrial & safety equipment and having operated a pressure cleaning business in Perth since 1996, Andrew has a broad understanding of the local warehouse and strata property scene.
As an ex-amateur footy player and coach, Andrew appreciates the importance of creating a shared goal which can only be achieved with teamwork and a culture which embodies loyalty, self-confidence and a can-do attitude!
Away from work, Andrew loves to relax by catching a few waves on his surfboard.
Lee
Director
A natural leader of men, Lee heads up the operational side of Painting Force. With a genuine old-school passion for painting & decorating, he has enjoyed over 25 years working in the local industry.
Starting out as an apprentice, then working up with the family business, he’s evolved to specialise in running our teams in the commercial and strata painting sector.
He still strives to deliver a job on time and to ensure a top-quality finish, with no head-aches for for our clients. When he doesn’t have a brush in hand, helping run his busy family with 3 young-uns keeps him right on his toes!
Dom
Business Development Manager
Bringing a wealth of experience from years working in digital marketing and branding, Dom is also a keen strategist, focused on implementing decent information tracking, storage and process systems that help grow the business.
While you may not spot him on site with a paintbrush in hand, chances are he’ll be back at HQ, nose into a laptop, ticking boxes in our ‘back-end to-do’ spreadsheet.
A father of three, he still occasionally manages to paddle his surfski and play Afro-Cuban percussion music for jollys.
